Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with HB AROMAS. We are committed to providing you with the best products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:

    • You have 5 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
    • To be eligible for a return, your scent oil must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
    • To be eligible for a return, your diffuser machine must have a factory defect.
    • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Opened or used scent oils
    • Damaged diffusers due to negligence.

Refunds

  1. Processing Refunds:

    • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  2. Partial Refunds:

    • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
      • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
      • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shipping

  1. Return Shipping:

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Items:

    • If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@hbaromas.shop with details of the product and the defect. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return and ensure a replacement is sent promptly.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at info@hbaromas.shop. Once the item is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement item.
